Arriving by car
Arrival from northwest: Take the A10 to the exit for the B320 towards Graz. After Radstadt, continue towards Obertauern and turn off at the roundabout towards Forstau.
Arrival from southeast: Take the A9 to the exit for the B320 towards Liezen/Salzburg. Follow the road to Reiteralm and turn onto the L721 towards Forstau.
Arriving by train
Most national and international train connections take you to Salzburg Central Station. From there, various train connections run to the regional station in Radstadt. From Radstadt, you can either take a bus or a taxi to Forstau, which is around 10 minutes away.
Arriving by plane
If you are travelling to Salzburg by plane, you can either continue your journey by train, take a taxi or hire a car directly from Salzburg Airport. Forstau is approximately 60 minutes from Salzburg by car.
